I currently have my large pot of black turtle beans cooking. What I don’t use in the black bean chips I think will be used to in Black Bean spring rolls While Aiyana and I are in South Carolina. I am thinking of making a few black bean spring rolls later this evening. Aiyana loves them and will have that to snack on along with other vegan goodies during are roadtrip.
My brother calls me last evening asks ( I hear my dear sister-in-law aka SIL coaching him on what to say in the background) if I can watch Mr. Bentley while they are in South Carolina. WHAT!!! I had one word for you dear brother, No! I love Mr. Bentley but as I mentioned earlier I plan to be there to relax not doggy sit.
