Beans N' Squash w/dehydrated black bean chips

I made this dish last evening. The ingredients are, kidney beans, soy beans, onions, freshly ground black peppercorns, infused organic garlic canola oil. It was delicious. I served fennel tea about thirty minutes before this meal. Fennel serves as a digestive aid and helps break down some of the hard to digest components in soy. I cannot remember the names at the moment however fermented soy products, such as miso and tempeh do not have this problem.

I hadn’t heard from D in a little over a day and I knew something was wrong. He called me this morning while I was in the store. He took his daughter, C, to the hospital on Wednesday because she was not feeling well. The doctor gave C medication and wouldn’t you know she had a reaction. The same thing happened to my brother last month. C is still in the hospital of course D is a nervous wreck. You know he was actually apologizing for sounding like as he put it ‘like a blithering idiot’ on the voice message.
