Beans n’ Squash
I made this dish last evening. The ingredients are, kidney beans, soy beans, onions, freshly ground black peppercorns, infused organic garlic canola oil. It was delicious. I served fennel tea about thirty minutes before this meal. Fennel serves as a digestive aid and helps break down some of the hard to digest components in soy. I cannot remember the names at the moment however fermented soy products, such as miso and tempeh do not have this problem.
