I use my grinder daily. I don’t drink coffee. This grinder is for spices, herbs, roots. e.g.
I love my spices and herbs freshly ground. I grind them at the time of use.
There’s no place like home
When you enter my home the smells that welcome you are the large variety of spices I use in my daily life. When you walk through my living room and other rooms in my house the scents that greet you are essential oils. Although I have a large variety of essential oils at my disposal when it comes to scenting/cleaning my house. I stick to the basics. I mainly use lavender, tea tree, and lemon balm to scent these the rooms in my house. I find them to be extremely relaxing and are ‘welcoming aroma’s. They aren’t overpowering. You will find diffusers, aroma stones, great for massages, throughout my house. If you stop by and are feeling down I might ask you if you want a masage and I will suggest various essential oils depending on how you want to feel. I do have friends and aquaintances that call or email me when they want someone to listen. I always listen. ‘Everyone wants to be the sun, that brightens up your life, but I rather be the moon that shines on you in your darkest hours’.
Quinoa
I love cooking with quinoa, pronounced keen-wa. I was up late last evening and was looking in my cupboard and found the last bit of my quinoa. I mainly cook quinoa with beans. I usually add something like greens, tomatoes, or potatoes to the dish. Today I will be adding pumpkin with this dish. I soaked chickpeas overnight so I might add that to the dish as well. What lies behind your eyes?

into a frown :)
