Vegan Momma

I have the xbox and will definitely purchase the xbox 360 premium (bells and whistles version) when it hits the stores. I am eagerly awaiting for the release of The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. I am loving the graphics. I purchased The Elder Scrolls: Morrowind and was hooked with the RPG game. Can you believe that is the one of the main reasons I am going to purchase the xbox 360?

Yesterday was a hang out with Aiyana day! Okay so it was not too much different than any other day. I love spending time with my girl.

This past friday I had soaked 1/2 cup of split peas and 1/2 cup lentils in 6 cups of water while I was at work. Friday
evening I rinsed them and placed them into my crockpot along with plenty of herbal tea. I think about 5 cups. I let them cook on low overnight. I was planning on making them into some type of curried dish. However they ended up being a dip for freshly chopped vegetables, tortilla chips, and chapati’s. Aiyana loved the dip and kept dipping her little fingers in her bowl so she could eat the tasty blend.
