When I was talking to my cousin last evening. He offered to volunteer his time! How cool is that? Think of the impact we would have on people’s lives if more of us would give our time to help those less fortuante than ourselves.

My weekend begins as soon as I leave work today. Whew, perhaps I can exhale? I enjoy my new job but it sure keeps me moving. In fact we all are busy. I have never worked at a place where everyone works as hard as myself. I find that impressive.

I don’t have that much time to blog. My focus is centered on my new position and more importantly spending time with my daughter. When I am with my daughter I like being with her, which means my online time is not a priority. Personally I would not think too highly of myself if I spent the majority of my personal time online. It does not give me time for other things. This is the main reason I have not blogged as much.

I made a dish similar to the African dish I made last week, however I included finely chopped kale in the dish.
