Is Honey Vegan?
Here is a great link. Honey seems to spark heated debates with a few Vegans. I personally don’t understand how anyone can think it is Vegan?
It’s my Vegan Birthday
Today is my Vegan birthday. Amazing how quickly a year passes by. I was a strict vegetarian for several years (no milk, dairy, eggs, etc) but I never identified myself as Vegan until I consciously eliminated all animal products not only from my food but other aspects of my life. I highly doubt that I will be 100% animal free. I don’t know all the ingredients that make the various products in my house. Since becoming Vegan I make a conscious effort to find out as much as possible. Why do we think everything must be easy?
