Vegetable somosa's

I had vegetable somosa’s for lunch yesterday. I bought them at an Afghan restaurant across the street from where I work. There are plenty of vegetarian/vegan options available. Perfect when I am rushing like mad and do not have time to pack a lunch. I did make the tomato salsa which I added to the container they gave me. The tomatoes were picked out of the garden this past weekend. I added also added onion to the salsa from the garden as well. It was fresh and delicious.
