Picking up Harry Potter after work

Posted on July 29th, 2005 in Personal by Vegan Momma

Harry Potter

If I want to take Harry Potter along on our road trip tomorrow and read is that rude? Ok ok I know the answer it probably (ok it is) rude.
I guess I will do my reading after Aiyana goes to sleep this evening. Welcome me to the HP readers club. I am picking up the first four books after work this evening, woohoo! I just called and requested they place it on hold. It will be behind the cash register waiting for me. Yes I know I said I would be buying this a few weeks ago. I never got around to it. You can add that to my list of habits I need to work on. I procrastinate when it comes to doing ‘fun things’ for myself, bah!

Patience is it on sale?

Have patience Have patience don’t be in such a hurry
When you get impatient you only start to worry
Remember, Remember that God is patient to
So think of all the other times he had to wait for you.

Lol this is going through my mind as I write this post. I remember singing it in Sunday School as a child. I have labeled it my reminder song.

I need to add spell checker and more smilies.

I love my daughter!

As soon as Aiyana saw me she ran to me with a big hug and a kiss saying I miss you mommy! You know that made my day. I really love my daughter and she is always first in my thoughts upon awakening. She is the last person I think about at night before I go to sleep. When we are apart I think about her constantly. I cannot imagine life without her. I usually call twice during the day. I love hearing how she is doing. I normally talk to her on the phone. She did not take a nap during the day. She was outside playing the majority of the day since the temperature has cooled down considerably. My parents told me she was cranky but refused to sleep. I guess she was holding out until mommy arrived.
