Workout

I was on my way to the gym in this picture. I usually work out in long gym pants and a tank top. I had a great workout. I did 35 minutes on the cross trainer. I was jogging at a moderate pace. I did 3.8 miles in 35 minutes. The incline ramp was on nine. A great workout for my calves. I am definitely feeling it now. I worked out with free weights for about an hour. Today was back, abdominal, and calves. Of course I sat in the sauna afterwards!
