Workout

I was on my way to the gym in this picture. I usually work out in long gym pants and a tank top. I had a great workout. I did 35 minutes on the cross trainer. I was jogging at a moderate pace. I did 3.8 miles in 35 minutes. The incline ramp was on nine. A great workout for my calves. I am definitely feeling it now. I worked out with free weights for about an hour. Today was back, abdominal, and calves. Of course I sat in the sauna afterwards!

I awakened around 1:30 this morning. She let me complete work for about an hour then I heard her calling my name upstairs. Of course that put my work to a halt.

Another quick Vegan meal

I made these wraps yesterday. I avoid all flour products so these were made on sprouted grain tortillas. I lightly steamed the mushrooms, yellow onions, and a few spices for about three minutes. I had prepared the raw tomato sauce the day before. That was it out of the skillet and ready to serve!

I do not spend a lot of time in the kitchen these days. Lets face it, I do not have that type of time. However I do not want to sacrifice on taste, nutrition, etc. I definitely do not want to stray away from whole foods by heating up and serving already prepared meals, such as Vegan burgers, Vegan chicken patties, etc. make too many meals that take a lot of time.
