Today I had a light workout
It was not crowded at Bally’s today. I went this morning at I0:00. I did 35
minutes on the cross trainer. I ran the entire time (as usual) when I was on
it. I do not hold on to the machine since you exert more energy, causing you to
have a better workout when you do not grab the sides. I ended my workout by
sitting in the sauna for 45 minutes. I will be doing abdominal exercises in
about 30 minutes.
