Banana & Coconut ‘raw’ cookies

I made these cookies on Monday. I put them in my Excalibur nine tray dehydrator. They were ready yesterday.

I recently had a online discussion by instant messenger with another Vegan. He was telling me about vegetarians and how he thinks they are lazy, sellouts, and used lame excuses for not ‘going all the way’. I do not see it that way. I believe change can be extremely hard for some people.
