Black Bean Dish

I finally used the black beans that I had made early this week. I pureed and used over rice. Hmm, let’s see what did I put in this dish, black beans, carrot, kale, avacodo’s, garlic, onion, celtic sea salt, curry, cumin, freshly ground peppercorns, freshly ground coriander, parsley, and ginger.

I had my navel repierced at Stikky Fingers yesterday. My piercer was Lisa. I wanted the piercing to be deeper She did an excellent job.

I thought this was a positive article about Raw foodists. I imagined if they exercised/lifted regulary that would have increased their bone density. I lift 4-5 times weekly, and do cardiovascular activity daily. I eat a high amount of raw foods.
