Park Visit

Tuesday I took Aiyana to the park. She was
excited. I kept telling her we were going to visit birds. This park is convenient. It is near a business park and is ten minutes away from home by car.I had to stop at a
store before we went to see the birds. She saw sparrows thinking and became excited. We see them daily in the yard. She thought the sparrows we saw were the birds that I was talking about. She became upset when we did not spend time with them.

Grape Tomato & Black Bean Stew

I made this dish this past Tuesday. Aiyana can
be a finicky eater. I puree her meals when she refuses to eat regular meals. She rarely turns down the pureed blends.
