Has anyone seen the documentary,  Supersize Me by Morgan Spurlock?  I watched it this
past Saturday. It is airing the entire month on Showtime. I used the On Demand
feature. You can find it under Showtime Specials/Sundance film festival. His girlfriend is Vegan Chef, Alexandra Jamieson.

What’s for Dinner?

Today I want to prepare a quick meal so I will be preparing Dhal. I will not prepare brown rice with the meal. I think I will roast potatoes, carrots, and turnips and add some kale or collards to the dish.

Today is an easy day but the rest of the week will be busy. I am making soap later this week.
